Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, as well as respectful of the therapist's travel time, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. We have updated our policy to allow same-day cancellations ONLY if you are experiencing any health-related symptoms. Our sincere desire is to keep everyone safe and healthy. Please reschedule if you are feeling ill, or if you have been in contact with someone with known COVID-19 exposure in the last 7 days. 

Clients who do not provide 24-hour notice will be charged HALF of the appointment charge. 

 

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment without notification will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged the full amount for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Cleaning Procedures

All supplies are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between client sessions for your safety.

For studio sessions, we uphold meticulous cleaning protocols, provide professionally laundered linens, and have a HEPA filter in the treatment room.
